Using the Help Center

2 min read

Find current ELUNIA guidance, change language and move safely into private Support.

Using the Help Center

The Help Center explains the ELUNIA product that is available now. Anyone can read it, including before creating a Business. Signing in adds a return path to your account; private Support Tickets also require active access to a Business.

Open Help

In the application, open the Help dropdown in the top bar and choose Help Center. On supported pages, Help for this page opens the relevant guide. It appears only when that guide is available in your language. Help remains available during setup and before Business creation.

On the public website, choose Resources → Help Center or the Help Center footer link. The sign-in and registration screens also include a Help Center link.

Find the right guidance

Use Search Help for a feature, screen label or task. You can also choose a category on the Help home or use the category and article navigation on the left. Breadcrumbs show where you are. Longer articles include On this page links, and the estimated reading time appears near the title.

Related articles at the end of a guide keep the selected language and lead to the next relevant task.

Choose a language

Use the language selector to switch between English and Greek. For an anonymous reader, ELUNIA remembers the choice in the current browser session. When you are signed in, the choice also updates your operator language so Help, Support and the application remain aligned where translations are available.

Tell us whether an article helped

Choose Yes or No under the helpfulness question. You can revise that choice later. This records the choice for the article; it does not open a Support Ticket or collect a written comment.

Move into private Support

Choose Contact Support or Support Tickets when the articles do not resolve the issue. Anonymous readers are asked to sign in first. Help remains public, but ticket conversations and attachments are private account data and are never available through the public Help Center.

After signing in with active Business access, create a request in Support Tickets and include only information needed to investigate it.
