Connect your PMS: integrations and Apaleo Test

2 min read

Find PMS entry points, understand assisted Test imports and read saved synchronization results.

Start from your current task

Open Integrations above Settings in the sidebar, View integrations while setting up rooms, or Connect your PMS in Guests/Stays acquisition. These entry points open the same catalog; they do not start an import. Choose the provider to see its actual availability, requirements and saved connection information.

Manual entry and CSV import remain alternatives. You do not need a PMS connection to complete setup or collect feedback.

Apaleo is assisted and Test-only

Apaleo is currently an assisted Test integration. Select Contact support to discuss a Test connection. There is no customer credential-entry form, self-service production connection or background synchronization. Do not enter credentials into survey fields or a support message.

Supported assisted imports cover reservations, initial primary guest details and supplied language, arrival/departure, cancellation and room-name text. Imported room text is not an ELUNIA accommodation Unit assignment. The integration does not import room inventory, guest phone, full booking-group semantics or comprehensive updates to existing guest profiles.

Initial and incremental Test imports are manually initiated with assistance. Existing external identity is reused rather than creating another stay on a repeated import. This is not a general promise to merge duplicate real people or model every booking deletion scenario.

Read results without changing anything

The detail page displays saved connection/mapping status and synchronization results. Fetched, created, updated and skipped counts describe that recorded run. A skipped reservation can mean it was safely unchanged; it is not automatically an error. Historical success or a saved health badge is not a fresh connectivity probe.

Opening the catalog or detail page does not authenticate again, synchronize data, enable a sending rule or prepare translations. If a Test import needs investigation, note the displayed status/time and contact support without sending credentials or unnecessary guest information.

After an import

Check Guests and Stays for the correct property. Language comes from recorded guest preference; nationality is not a substitute. The same ELUNIA eligibility, readiness and automation rules apply to imported stays. An integration does not bypass Go live or activate sending.

When active integration authority applies, correct provider-owned stay details at the provider. Disconnection preserves external identities and synchronization history; it is not a delete action. See Stay statuses, CSV import and Seven-step setup.
