Review details and provider replies

Read the source review, existing provider reply and ELUNIA reply revision history.
Open Reputation → Reviews → View to inspect the source evidence before replying. The page shows Provider, Property, original rating and scale, permitted author display name, review body and provider-created date. Provider updates are retained by synchronization, but the current detail screen presents the provider date rather than a separate updated-time field.
Two different kinds of reply
Existing provider reply is reply content already reported by the provider. Reply history contains ELUNIA revisions with creator, time, origin and state. An existing provider reply is not an ELUNIA Draft.
If a provider supplied no text, ELUNIA shows that fact. Removed, hidden or unavailable source reviews can remain as historical evidence but cannot receive new reply work. A provider reply or any existing ELUNIA revision also makes AI suggestion unavailable; ELUNIA does not silently replace existing work.
The current workflow creates new provider replies from approved ELUNIA revisions. It does not offer controls to edit or delete a reply already published at the provider. See Manage a review reply.
