What are AI Credits?
AI Credits pay for AI-powered work such as translation or feedback analysis. Manual translation and safely reused ready content are free.
How many does my plan include?
Starter includes 250, Professional 500 and Business 1,000 AI Credits once.
Are AI Credits monthly?
No. Included credits are provided once, not at each renewal.
Do AI Credits expire?
Included credits remain until consumed, subject to your account lifecycle. Purchased credits do not expire. A change of billing month does not remove either balance.
How do I know what a task costs?
ELUNIA shows the cost before you confirm. Changing the selected content or languages requires an updated cost.
Can a task cost more than the amount shown?
No. The confirmed amount is the fixed charge for successful work, even when the work uses fewer resources.
What happens when I run out?
The task cannot start without enough credits. ELUNIA recommends the smallest single pack that covers the shortfall. Manual translation remains available.
Can I buy more?
Approved packs are 500 credits for €9, 1,000 for €15 and 5,000 for €49. Purchasing is available only when checkout and AI-powered work are ready. You may buy any pack repeatedly.
Which top-up should I choose?
For a task costing 720 credits with 100 available, the shortfall is 620: choose the 1,000-credit pack. One 500-credit pack would not cover it.
What happens on upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrading grants only the difference from your lifetime included entitlement: Starter to Professional adds 250, then Business adds 500. Downgrading does not take back credits or create another grant.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Credits do not bypass subscription access rules. Your balance is retained while the account remains, but AI work requires eligible access. Account closure is a separate process; credits do not automatically become a cash refund.
