Reputation Manager overview

2 min read

Understand ELUNIA reputation signals, review opportunities, external reviews and public advocacy surfaces.

Reputation Manager brings four related—but distinct—signals and advocacy tools into one area. Use Reputation → Overview to understand the overall picture, then open the focused workflow you need.

The four parts

  1. ELUNIA Survey signals are completed Survey ratings, NPS and Feedback Case outcomes. They use ELUNIA evidence and definitions.
  2. Review opportunities are eligible Thank You-page destination impressions and clicks. A click shows intent only; it does not prove that the Guest submitted a public review.
  3. External Reviews are provider-origin records imported through a verified Property mapping. Their original rating scales remain separate from Survey metrics.
  4. Public advocacy includes Review Destinations and Widgets made from explicitly approved anonymous ELUNIA feedback.

The overview can be limited to a Property you may access. Its Response, NPS and recovery figures come from completed Surveys and Feedback Cases—not External Reviews. Review-opportunity shown/clicked counts are funnel telemetry, not a public-review count.

Access and availability

Organization members can view permitted reputation evidence; reply actions require an Owner, Administrator or Manager with access to the review’s Property. External provider connections and publication become available only when a corresponding provider integration is enabled for your ELUNIA environment. ELUNIA does not claim that every provider shown as a Review Destination is connected for review import.

Choose the next workflow

Do not describe a destination click as a review, combine provider ratings with Survey averages, or assume an External Review is matched to an ELUNIA Guest. If an expected provider review is missing, confirm that its provider connection and Property mapping are enabled and contact Support.
