Change plan and complete checkout

Select an eligible plan and complete provider-hosted subscription checkout safely.
Only an Owner can change the subscription.
- Open Settings → Billing, then select the Plans tab.
- Select the Monthly or Annual · 2 months free interval currently offered.
- Review live plan features, limits and eligibility, then select the relevant Choose [plan] button.
- Complete the secure provider-hosted checkout and return to ELUNIA.
- Wait for ELUNIA to show the subscription as confirmed.
The browser return alone does not activate paid access. ELUNIA waits for authoritative payment/subscription evidence; a pending or unconfirmed return remains clearly marked. Repeated selection reuses the same safe in-progress checkout when possible, and another plan cannot silently replace it.
An option is unavailable when current active-Property usage exceeds its limit. For an existing paid subscription, a higher-priced compatible change is requested immediately and a lower-priced change is scheduled; interval changes require the renewal path shown in Billing. This does not promise provider proration or final commercial terms. A scheduled cancellation must be resumed before another plan change.
Complete Billing Profile when useful for provider billing documents. Provider or network failure does not apply a subscription change; retry from Billing when the safe message permits.
If confirmation is delayed, use the confirmation action shown on the return page. ELUNIA verifies payment/subscription evidence with the provider before granting the upgraded plan; returning to the page alone is not payment proof. Additional AI-credit purchases remain unavailable and are separate from subscription upgrades.
Upgrade while completing setup
If Step 6 says automatic sending is not included, use its Upgrade plan button. The plan page retains a return to the same property's Sending step. Choose the plan/interval deliberately; entitlement depends on the selected plan, not merely on being in a trial.
On verified confirmation, use Return to setup — Sending to continue. Cancelling a setup-origin checkout returns to Sending as well. A pending confirmation still means access has not been confirmed: use the offered verification action or contact support. ELUNIA checks server-side provider evidence; changing a browser URL cannot prove payment. Review your sending choices after returning—an upgrade does not itself activate your planned workflows.
Starter includes 250 AI Credits, Professional 500 and Business 1,000. Included AI Credits are provided once with your plan. They do not renew monthly. Purchased AI Credits do not expire.
