Connecting Apaleo when ELUNIA already contains data

Review possible room and reservation matches while preserving existing history.
Review before linking
If ELUNIA finds existing data that needs your decision, select the Review existing data button on the Apaleo page. Compare the Apaleo and ELUNIA details on each review card. Complete all required decisions before the initial import continues.
For the same physical room, select Link these rooms. If several room candidates appear, first use the Choose the matching ELUNIA room dropdown. Do not link unrelated rooms just because their names look similar.
Keep reservation identity and history
An existing Stay is offered for linking only when its PMS reference is verified against the connected Apaleo reservation. Names, email, dates and room labels do not establish a match. Duplicate local references block linking; correct the ambiguity or contact support before continuing.
Select Link this reservation on the reservation card when it is the same reservation. Linking preserves the existing Guest, Stay and history rather than creating a duplicate. For genuinely different reservations, use These are different reservations and read the explanation before choosing Create separate Stay. Unrelated records remain independent.
If the review expires or provider details change, review the refreshed information again. Never guess a match to dismiss a warning. For help, contact support@getelunia.com without sending unnecessary guest information.
