Trial and commercial states

2 min read

Understand trial, active, past-due, cancelled, expired and complimentary access.

ELUNIA preserves readable historical data when commercial write access ends; trial expiry does not delete it.

State shown Read Changes and sending Billing recovery
Free trial Available Available until the displayed trial end Owner can choose a plan
Active Available Available within plan entitlements Owner manages payment, plan or cancellation
Past due Available Available during the displayed grace period; read-only after it Owner uses Manage payment
Cancellation scheduled / Cancelled Available Available through a future paid period end; read-only afterward Owner may Resume while eligible or restore Billing afterward
Subscription expired Available Read-only; outbound processing stops Owner can select a plan or manage Billing
Complimentary access Available Available under the displayed effective plan until its end Underlying provider state remains unchanged

Critical past-due, scheduled-cancellation and expired states appear in the global banner. Read-only means safe pages and historical records remain visible while normal record changes, invitations, communications and AI generation are blocked. Approved account, legal, privacy and Billing recovery actions remain available; it is not a blanket lockout.

A Design Partner or complimentary label describes the access currently shown by ELUNIA, not an invoice or permanent pricing promise. Closure-requested and closed Businesses preserve history but restrict conflicting commercial/product actions. See Usage limits and read-only access.

Trial access follows the selected plan’s entitlements. Starter trials do not include automatic sending; trial status alone does not unlock every feature.

Starter includes 250 AI Credits, Professional 500 and Business 1,000. Included AI Credits are provided once with your plan. They do not renew monthly. Purchased AI Credits do not expire.
