Thank You experience

3 min read

Configure standard or NPS-segmented Thank You content, branding, links and safe review opportunities.

Configure what guests see after submission

From the left sidebar, select Surveys, open the Survey, then select the Thank You Page tab. Users who can update the Survey may configure this experience and preview it before activation.

In the Message mode dropdown, One thank-you message (Standard) uses one common title and safely formatted message. Different messages based on the guest’s answer (Segmented) varies content by the configured response. Completion title only (None) keeps the title and branding while hiding the custom message body; existing stored content is preserved. Segmented requires a designated NPS question and uses Promoter / positive experience (9–10), Passive / neutral experience (7–8), and Detractor / negative experience (0–6). Missing outcome content needs attention; an available standard-message fallback does not make the segmented experience complete.

You may show the Property logo, upload or replace one validated optional image, display the configured public contact, and choose whether social links are Off, shown to all, or shown to the positive segment. Review destinations are configured separately and can be presented as neutral public-review opportunities.

Editable defaults

New Surveys include saved, editable Thank You and outcome defaults. The three outcome cards explain the guest’s NPS score ranges. For existing empty fields, select Add recommended messages above the editor. The utility appears only when applicable fields are empty, reports which fields it added, and preserves existing text and translations. Opening or reloading the editor does not reset your content.

Canonical localized defaults are reused without AI Credits. Once you customize the original, affected translations become outdated and follow the normal translation and review flow.

Languages and publication

The source-language fields are saved here. Use the language tabs or the Survey Languages workspace for translated Thank You and segmented content. Translations remain drafts until reviewed and published. If a translation is unavailable, the guest receives the approved fallback/source content.

  1. Select a message mode and, for segmented content, the NPS question.
  2. Review or edit the saved title and message for all three outcomes.
  3. Configure branding, contact, social links, and review destinations.
  4. Select Save changes, then Preview and choose the guest language.
  5. Open the Survey Languages workspace. Select the required language and Translate to German or the language-specific Update action, then Start review. Each Approve & continue publishes the checked section and opens the next. Approve & finish publishes the last section. Approved sections survive sign-out. During property setup, the review returns to the originating Languages or Go-live step.

Review and social evidence

ELUNIA may record that a public review destination was shown or clicked. A click does not prove that the guest submitted a public review. Review destinations are not imported external reviews, and ELUNIA does not gate review opportunities by hiding all destinations from dissatisfied guests. Imported provider reviews belong to Reputation Manager.

See Manual Survey translations, Survey Responses, and Reputation Manager.

The primary language tabs show the source and currently required guest languages. Select All survey translations to manage other stored or optional languages. Changing Property policy preserves those translations; stale content still requires updating.
