Analytics filters and scope

Apply date, Property, Survey, source and language filters and interpret empty results.
Open Insights → Performance. On Overview, Survey, Feedback and Communication Analytics, set From and To, choose optional Property, Survey, Source, and Language dropdowns, then select Filter.
Date and access scope
With no dates supplied, ELUNIA uses today and the preceding 29 dates. Both endpoints are inclusive: the selected local dates become 00:00:00 through 23:59:59 in the selected Property timezone, or the Business timezone when all Properties are selected, and are then compared in UTC.
Each standard report includes its own record by creation time: Invitations by Invitation creation, Responses and their answers by Response creation, Feedback by Case creation, and Communications by Communication creation. A later resolution, delivery or submission can contribute to the included record’s outcome even if that later event falls outside the date window. Monthly score trends use the qualifying answer’s Response submission month.
All filters combine. Property limits the accessible set to one Property and also selects its reporting timezone. Survey limits Invitations/Responses and related Cases/Communications. Source follows the related Stay source. Language applies to Responses and related Cases/Communications; it does not reduce the Invitation count. A user cannot select an inaccessible Property or Survey.
Filters are query parameters for the current page. Switching with the Analytics navigation starts that destination’s defaults; reapply the scope you need. The CSV button preserves the current report query. Portfolio intentionally offers dates only and compares active Properties within the user’s accessible set.
0 means a count or denominator-safe percentage calculated to zero. — means no qualifying sample exists for an average, duration, score or prior-period comparison. No data means no row matched that section. “Not enough responses” means fewer than five distinct qualifying Responses for a protected Portfolio score or fewer than five rows for a protected category/segment.
