AI Survey translation drafts

Translate only the content that needs it

Open the survey's Languages tab or the affected card in setup Step 5/7. The card lists the customized fields still missing, outdated or awaiting review. Maintained unchanged ELUNIA defaults are reused free; discovering a new guest language does not start AI.

Select Translate custom content with AI for the affected experience and language. The work may include survey/Thank You fields, required invitation/reminder copy and configured privacy-purpose text. Shared message changes can affect other surveys using that property message. If ELUNIA cannot identify the original message, compare the offered originals and explicitly choose one; it does not guess by language or age.

Understand the progress you see

• A request accepted or queued is saved and waiting for processing. It does not prove a provider has started.
• Running means the saved work is being processed.
• Review required means a draft is available, not that guests can use it.
• Published means approved content was saved. Refresh readiness to check the whole experience; other blockers may remain.

Use Check status to read current saved progress. It neither submits another translation nor executes queued work. Automatic checking pauses after repeated checks; the request remains saved. You may check again or return later. If it remains queued, contact support rather than creating repeated requests. Support can investigate processing availability without your publishing an unfinished draft.

Review the result

Select Start review, compare source and translated sections, correct wording and preserve message variables and answer counts. Confirm that you reviewed the content, then approve publication. Each approved section is saved independently; if you leave or sign out, reopening continues from the remaining section.

Existing published content remains available until replacement approval. If source or destination text changed during preparation, refresh and prepare/review the current version; an old draft must not overwrite newer content. Preview shows guest-available content, not unpublished replacements.

Credits, errors and alternatives

Use the explicit retry action only for an eligible failed item; status checking is not retry. Successful items and their charges are not duplicated. For your own wording, expand Review / edit manually; manual publication uses no AI Credits. Additional AI-credit purchases are currently unavailable, even if an organization already has legitimate usable credits.

AI output is a draft requiring human review. Generation never approves publication for you.

ELUNIA shows the fixed AI Credit cost before you confirm. Successful work charges that amount, never more. Manual translation and safely reused ready content are free. If the balance is insufficient, choose the smallest single approved pack that covers the shortfall when purchasing is available. See AI Credits.
