Manage Properties

2 min read

Create, edit and scope Properties, status, timezone, language, Units and access.

A Property represents one accommodation operation and scopes most ELUNIA records, including Guests, Stays, Surveys, Feedback Cases, communications, Reviews and settings.

Manage Properties

Open Settings → Properties. The list contains only Properties you may access and shows active Unit counts. Owners and Administrators can select Create Property or Edit Property; other roles may view only assigned Properties.

The form includes name, type, optional accommodation-unit count, contact/location details, timezone, default locale, privacy details, logo and—when editing—status. New Properties start Active and are assigned to their creator. Activating or creating a Property is blocked when the effective plan’s active-Property limit is reached.

Property timezone controls Property-local dates and scheduled operational times. It is not an operator UI timezone and changing it does not rewrite historical timestamps. Default locale is a Property fallback; it does not replace Guest preference or Survey languages.

Only Owners and Administrators manage Properties across the Business. Manager, Staff and Viewer access remains limited to assignments; a Manager does not automatically see every Property. Deleting uses the current protected Property deletion flow; there is no force-delete or restore action. Prefer an inactive status when history must remain accessible. Units remain a separate lifecycle under the Property.
