Insights overview

2 min read

Understand deterministic ELUNIA reporting, its scope and optional AI interpretation.

Insights overview

Open Insights in the left sidebar and select Performance. The Overview page summarizes stored ELUNIA evidence across the Properties you can access: Survey activity and scores, Feedback recovery, communication health, and—when your plan and role allow it—Portfolio comparison and exports.

What the overview measures

The default period is the latest 30 calendar dates, including both displayed dates. Use the date fields and the Property, Survey, Source, and Language dropdowns, then select Filter. Counts come from existing Invitations, Responses, answers, Feedback Cases and Communications; Insights creates none of those records.

The cards are deterministic calculations. AI Settings & History, when available separately under Settings, can generate summaries or themes from eligible written feedback. An AI result is an interpretation that requires human review; it does not replace the underlying calculation or create evidence.

Overview is basic Analytics. Survey, Feedback and Communication detail require Advanced Analytics. Portfolio requires the Business entitlement, at least one active accessible Property, and an Owner, Admin or Manager role. CSV/XLSX controls also require the export entitlement and an authorized Owner, Admin or Manager. Property assignments can therefore make two users see different results.

A numeric zero is a calculated count or rate. A dash means an average, score, duration or comparison cannot be calculated from a qualifying sample. A “not enough responses” message means the privacy/sample threshold is not met. An empty section means no record matched its scope; it does not prove that the Business has never collected data.

Next: Analytics filters and scope, Response funnel, or Portfolio analytics and exports.
