Plan and subscription

Read the effective plan, provider subscription, period and available Billing actions.
Owners and Administrators can open Settings → Billing and view Overview, Plans, Usage, AI Credits, Billing Profile and Invoices. Only an Owner can start checkout, change or cancel a subscription, resume a scheduled cancellation, or open Manage payment.
The Billing overview separates the Effective ELUNIA plan from the Underlying provider subscription. It shows current access state, Property and AI usage, the provider billing interval/period end where available, scheduled cancellation, and customer-safe Billing & Access History. Complimentary access can temporarily supply a different effective plan without changing the underlying provider subscription.
An active subscription normally renews through its provider period. Selecting Cancel at period end schedules cancellation rather than ending access immediately; Resume is available while that future period end remains valid.
AI Credits are a separate usage balance. Buying credits does not upgrade the subscription plan; see AI Credits.
Starter includes 250 AI Credits, Professional 500 and Business 1,000. Included AI Credits are provided once with your plan. They do not renew monthly. Purchased AI Credits do not expire.
