Approve anonymous Survey comments for a branded public Widget and embed it safely.
A Widget publishes only selected anonymous written feedback from eligible completed ELUNIA Survey Responses. It does not import or republish External Reviews. Manage Widgets at Reputation → Widgets for Properties you may update.
Create and publish content
- Create a Widget with a name and Property.
- Open Manage and choose branding options: Property logo and Powered by ELUNIA.
- Under Available responses, review an eligible written comment, edit the Anonymous quote if needed and select Approve for widget.
- Use Preview, then copy the iframe Embed code to the Property website.
- Select Remove from widget whenever a quote should no longer appear. Deactivate the Widget to make its public token unavailable.
Responses are private by default; nothing is approved automatically. Only the approved quote is public. The Widget does not expose Guest email, phone, booking details, internal notes, operational case data or a raw Response dump. Public pages include only active Widget content, approved items and the chosen branding.
If no comments are available, wait for a completed accessible Survey Response with written feedback. If the public preview is unavailable, confirm the Widget is active. Coordinate website embedding with the person responsible for the site and never alter the generated public URL.
