Usage limits and read-only access

Interpret Property and AI usage, limits, blocked changes and Billing recovery.
Open Settings → Billing → Usage to compare Active Properties with the effective plan limit. The page also shows the separate available AI Credits balance and a View or buy AI credits button. Credits do not raise subscription or Property limits.
When the active-Property limit is reached, ELUNIA blocks creating or activating another Property; it does not deactivate or delete existing Properties. An Owner can review eligible plans. A move to a lower limit is unavailable while current usage exceeds that target, so reduce active usage deliberately before retrying.
Read-only access
After trial/paid/grace access ends, historical pages remain readable. Normal changes are blocked, including Property, Guest/Stay, Survey, Automation, communication, Feedback, team and AI-generation mutations; outbound processing stops. This protects evidence rather than deleting it.
Read-only is not every-action blocking. Users can still inspect authorized data, switch Business, manage personal account access, complete legal/privacy actions and sign out. Authorized Billing recovery remains available: Owners can use Plans, checkout or Manage payment, while Owners and Administrators can maintain Billing Profile and inspect Invoices/Usage. Normal writes resume only after canonical commercial access is restored.

Starter includes 250 AI Credits, Professional 500 and Business 1,000. Included AI Credits are provided once with your plan. They do not renew monthly. Purchased AI Credits do not expire.
