Disconnect or reconnect Apaleo

1 min read

Stop synchronization safely and restore the same property connection.

Disconnect

On the Apaleo page in Integrations, check the connected property, then select the Disconnect button. Synchronization pauses while disconnection completes. If the page says disconnection is pending, wait for completion; do not assume the connection has already been fully removed.

Disconnecting preserves existing ELUNIA Guest, Stay and Unit history. It does not delete past feedback. Guest messaging controls remain separate: if your purpose is also to stop guest messages, review the active ELUNIA workflows and sending controls separately.

Reconnect

If the connection needs authorization, select Reconnect Apaleo on the Apaleo page and complete the Apaleo sign-in and authorization flow. For a disconnected connection, use the supported connection flow offered on that page and verify the same property before confirming.

ELUNIA resumes synchronization after successful authorization and any required review. Previously linked records retain their history; do not create duplicate local records to repair a connection. If the expected property is missing or disconnection stays pending, contact support@getelunia.com.
