Manage the Business display name and understand what remains Property-specific.
Open Settings → Business to manage the current Business identity. Only Owners and Administrators can open this page.
The Settings hub groups Business, Properties, Social Profiles, Feedback Workflow, Team, Guest Messages and—when permitted and entitled—AI Settings & History. Its Account section links to Profile, Password, Appearance and, for Owners and Administrators, Billing. Cards that your role cannot use are not shown.
What you can change
The current Business form contains Business name only. Enter the display name and select Save changes. ELUNIA validates that it is present and no longer than 255 characters, then records the change in governance history. The legal entity name remains separate.
Country, Business timezone and a Business default locale are not editable on this screen. Property timezone and default guest-facing locale belong to each Property. Your operator UI language is a personal account preference, while Survey languages are configured separately. See Survey languages.
Changing the display name does not rewrite historical Survey Responses, communications, billing evidence or Property records. If you expected another setting, return to the Settings hub and choose the relevant card.
