Publish and retry a review reply

1 min read

Publish an approved revision, understand publication states and retry a safe failure.

Publication is a separate action after human approval. Provider publication is available only when the corresponding external integration is enabled for your ELUNIA environment; an Approved revision can therefore exist without live publication capability.

Publish

  1. Verify the exact Approved text.
  2. Select Publish reply.
  3. ELUNIA changes it to Publishing and rechecks your organization membership, role, Property access, active connection and active Property mapping.
  4. A confirmed provider result becomes Published and preserves its provider reference. A safe error becomes Failed.

Published revisions cannot be edited. ELUNIA sends the same stable publication identity with retries so a provider integration can reconcile duplicate or ambiguous attempts.

Retry a failure

Read the safe message, confirm the connection/mapping remains active, then select Retry. Retry sends the same approved text and identity; it does not create or approve another Draft. If a provider may have accepted an ambiguous attempt, wait for synchronization/reconciliation or contact Support rather than changing the approved revision. ELUNIA never publishes automatically merely because a Draft was approved.
