Survey Responses

2 min read

Filter responses and read immutable question and answer snapshots safely.

Review submitted responses

From the left sidebar, select Responses. The list is restricted to Businesses and Properties you may access. Use the Property, Survey, and Status dropdowns and the Date field to narrow the inventory. Choose View on a row to open its detail.

The list shows the linked Guest and Stay when available, Property, snapshotted Survey name, submission time, rating, and NPS values. Completed responses were submitted; Started responses are incomplete and can be selected explicitly with the Status filter. Empty results mean no accessible records match the current filters.

Read response detail

The detail page displays each answer in the original question order. ELUNIA reads the question and option snapshots stored with the response. Later edits, translations, reordering, archival, or deletion of the live Survey do not rewrite what the guest saw or what the historical answer meant.

Guest and Stay links are shown only when the response was associated with them. Actionable answers may create or relate to a Feedback Case through the separate feedback workflow; a completed response does not mean a case has been resolved.

AI analysis is available only through the explicit authorized analysis actions shown elsewhere in ELUNIA. Opening a response does not automatically send it to AI or spend AI Credits.

For spreadsheet reporting, use the existing Export responses (.xlsx) action in Analytics rather than copying the table. Exports remain restricted by the same Business and Property access rules.

Troubleshooting

  • Clear or adjust filters when expected records are absent.
  • Confirm access to the response Property.
  • Do not interpret Started as completed feedback.
  • Use the stored submission timestamp and snapshot, not today’s Survey wording, when investigating history.
