Find, filter and open provider-origin reviews without confusing them with Survey evidence.
An External Review is a provider-origin record imported through ELUNIA Connect for a verified Property mapping. It is property-level evidence by default: ELUNIA does not automatically match it to a Guest, Stay or Survey Response.
Find and filter Reviews
- Open Reputation → Reviews.
- Select Property or Provider to narrow the list.
- Use Rating for the lower half or upper 20% of that provider’s original scale.
- Choose Reply state: Unanswered or the latest ELUNIA revision state.
- Apply the filters and select a row to open it.
Each row shows the Property, Provider, original rating/scale, permitted author display name, provider date and reply state. Results are newest-provider-date first and split into pages. If nothing matches, clear one filter or confirm that a provider connection and Property mapping are enabled for your environment.
External Reviews never change Survey ratings, NPS or review-opportunity click counts. Planned or destination providers are not necessarily live review connections. Continue with Review details and provider replies.
