Complete your setup from Today

Before setup is ready, Today highlights the next missing requirement and one primary action. The navigation below the top bar lets you revisit Property, Rooms / accommodation units, Guests, Survey, Languages, Sending and Go live.

Guided progress records your explicit confirmations and room deferral, not page visits or existing defaults. Domain readiness is checked separately. A new journey starts at Property. Rooms and logo are optional, but skipping rooms requires an explicit choice. Guests & stays requires a stay in this Property, or the explicit I’ll add guests and stays later button. Selecting manual or CSV alone does not complete the step. Deferral creates no guest or stay. Survey content, effective communication languages, shared guest messages, contact and sending access must be ready. Review Get your property ready for each stage and its controls.

After explicit Go live, Today becomes operational even before the first completed Response. Open Settings, then Property setup, to revisit the journey. Receiving first feedback remains a separate historical milestone. A later readiness problem does not erase it.

When an additional language becomes relevant or translations become out of date, Today shows an actionable warning. Follow its translation or update action; no AI work starts automatically. Review generated changes before publication. Real stay, contact, delivery and commercial warnings remain available.

If your guided setup is incomplete or unconfirmed, Today shows Complete your setup, the next step number, and Continue setup. Historical activation does not hide this action.

In guided setup, Languages covers every feedback experience selected in Step 4, including its reminder before a rule is active. Sending saves a new account’s configuration for review; automatic sending starts only after explicit Go live in Step 7. Existing live rules keep their current behavior and require explicit changes.

After first activation

The first Go live opens Your guest experience is live!, summarizing the actual activated experiences, ready languages and manual/automatic sending. Refreshing or revisiting does not replay the celebration or activation. Continue to operational Today; the first response remains a separate milestone. To revisit setup use Settings → Property setup. Return after activation

Completed setup remains discoverable from Today and Settings → Property setup. Reopen the relevant step to inspect or explicitly edit it. In the completed Go-live step, use View activation summary to reopen the success summary; the first-activation celebration does not replay. Readiness warnings about later content or operational changes do not reset historical activation or first feedback. A new missing translation must still be resolved before affected delivery, even when setup was completed earlier.
