Support Tickets
2 min read
Create, find and continue your private conversations with ELUNIA Support.
Open the Help dropdown in the application top bar and choose Support Tickets, or use the Support link in the Help Center. You must be signed in with active access to the current Business. Before Business creation, Help Center remains available but Support Tickets is not shown.
Find a ticket
Your tickets lists saved conversations, newest activity first, ten per page. Search by ticket number, subject, type or message, or filter by Status. A New reply badge identifies a conversation with an unread Support response.
Tickets are scoped to both the current Business and the person who created them. A team member does not necessarily see another team member's Support Ticket, even within the same Business.
Create a support request
Open New support request, then:
- Choose the request type: Billing, Sales, Technical or General.
- Optionally select an accessible Property, or keep No specific property.
- Enter a clear Subject and describe what happened and what you expected in Message.
- Add permitted attachments only when useful.
- Choose Create support ticket.
ELUNIA saves the request before attempting the email notification. If email delivery is delayed or fails, the saved ticket remains available in ELUNIA.
Read and reply
Open a ticket to see the full conversation with the latest message first. Opening it marks unread ELUNIA Support replies in that conversation as read. Use Reply to this ticket to keep new information in the same conversation.
The list may show Waiting on ELUNIA, Waiting on you, In progress, Resolved or Closed. A closed ticket cannot accept another reply; create a new support request if help is still needed.
Ticket messages support formatted text, but ELUNIA sanitizes saved content. Attachments remain accessible only through the protected ticket flow.
