What counts as a property?

Hotels count. Rooms do not.

Billing uses active ELUNIA Property records, not room or unit count.

One hotel, 15 or 30 rooms

1 property. Its rooms can be represented as units without increasing the property count.

One aparthotel, many units

1 property when managed as one accommodation operation with units beneath it.

One villa

1 property when configured as its own accommodation operation.

Several villas or five apartments

Each separate Property record counts. If they are one operation represented by one Property with several units, they count as one. The right setup depends on how access, reporting and operations need to be separated.

Property limits never mean rooms, beds or guest capacity. A downgrade does not silently delete property or historical data; excess active properties must be explicitly resolved.

Clear terms before checkout.

The trial needs no card. Paid checkout is hosted by Stripe; available payment methods and final jurisdiction-aware tax treatment are shown there. ELUNIA does not store card details. Selecting a plan does not by itself activate a paid subscription.

Before you choose

What happens after the 21-day trial?

If no paid plan is activated, the organization becomes read-only. Authorized team members can still sign in and view historical data, but operational changes, new survey submissions, outbound survey email and automations stop. Billing remains available so an owner or admin can choose a plan. Data is not automatically deleted at trial expiry; a final retention period is not yet an approved commercial policy.

Can guests still submit surveys after the trial expires?

No. Existing survey pages may remain reachable, but new submissions are blocked while the organization is read-only. No new survey invitations or automated messages are sent.

Can I export data after expiry?

Only if the organization still has the required analytics export entitlement and the user has an authorized role. Expiry does not create a separate export entitlement. Historical information remains viewable in the application.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. A card is not required to start the 21-day trial for your selected plan.

Can I pay monthly or annually?

Yes. Every plan has a native monthly and yearly EUR subscription. The yearly price charges for 10 months and provides 12 months of service.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing uses one fixed yearly recurring price: €290 Starter, €690 Professional, €1,490 Business. It is not twelve separate monthly purchases.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. The current billing workflow applies upgrades immediately and schedules downgrades for the next billing period. A downgrade must first resolve any active properties above the new limit.

What happens if I need more properties?

Move to a plan with a higher active-property limit. ELUNIA does not silently delete properties or historical data when limits change.

Is Portfolio Intelligence included in the trial?

It is included when you select the Business trial. Each trial uses the exact entitlements of the plan selected at registration.

How are payments handled?

Paid checkout is hosted by the configured billing provider. Available payment methods are shown on that secure checkout page, and ELUNIA does not store card details. No specific card network is promised on this page.

Will I receive an invoice?

ELUNIA keeps organization-scoped invoice records supplied by the configured billing provider. Production invoice delivery depends on that provider configuration.

Are taxes or VAT included?

Displayed prices are tax-inclusive where applicable. Final tax treatment, including eligible reverse charge or jurisdiction-specific tax, is determined and shown by Stripe at checkout.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Access continues until then and cancellation can be resumed before the period ends. After that, the organization becomes read-only.

What happens if I run out of AI Credits?

You can purchase additional AI Credits from Billing in your ELUNIA account. Purchased AI Credits do not expire.
